Are you insured?

Yes, Walking Pals Pet Service LTD.'s insurance policy covers every pet and the homes we enter.

Where does my pal stay during in-home boarding service?

With our in-home boarding service, your pal stays in the comfort of your/their own home and we visit to care for your pet.

Can/do you stay 24/7 with my pal?

We do not offer 24-hour care but we can provide multiple services per day. Our in-home boarding hours are 9:00am to 10:00pm seven days a week.

How long do you stay with my pal?

Our in-home visits start at 15-minutes for cats and 30-minutes for dogs. We offer the ability to add on extra time if your pal would like extended exercise time or more time to cuddle.

Will/can my dog be walked with other household’s dogs?

Walking Pals Pet Service dedicates our time solely to one household at a time. You pal's walks will be customized to ensure your dog gets the best walk possible.

Can my dogs be walked together?

We have discount options for both group walks and individual walks booked during the same visit. For group walks, all dogs combined weight must be under 225 pounds.

What is the best way to book my pal’s appointments?

We currently only accept booking through our dedicated email for booking inquiries. Please message booking@walkingpalspetservice.ca and an administrator will be happy to assist you. Please allow up-to 24-hours for us to respond.

Will it always be the same person walking my pal?

We try our best to keep the same employee walking your pal, especially when on weekly schedules with your pals, however due to our variable schedules, we cannot guarantee the same person every single visit.

Can you guarantee my pet is seen right at 11:00am?

Unfortunately, we do not book “hard time” appointments, unless required for medical reasons. We offer two-hour booking windows for all appointments. This helps reduce our company carbon footprint while traveling back and forth between clients.

How do I pay my invoice?

We currently offer two ways of paying our invoices; e-transfer directly to the company, and physical Canadian currency (cash).
Please note appointment times are not finalized until your invoice is paid in full.
